I recently made this cranberry and nuts baked brie. I was grocery shopping, saw the brie and just decided I was going to make this on a whim! I realize it's often thought of as more of a holiday appetizer but who cares. I semi followed this recipe. It was really easy to make and our house smelled like heaven. I used walnut and pecans and ate it with some whole grain bread. It was delicious!

That looks so good. A friend of mine makes a savoury baked brie with a tomato topping and it's really yummy.
