Is it me or does Kate look stunning in this cobalt Reiss dress? She wore the hand-me-down from her mother to for her first public speech at East Anglia Children's Hospice on Monday. Although her speech was well delivered it seems as if her dress stole the spotlight.

i liked the red jeans better but she still looked great. and she definitely looks better in the dress than her mothers. lol
