Bodybuilder Broccoli Salad

This past Christmas, my aunt introduced me to this lovely Bodybuilder Broccoli Salad. I think she got the recipe from a friend who got it from a friend. Needless to say, the recipe has probably been tweeked several times. I fell in love with it the first time I ate it and continue to make a big bowl of it for lunches every week. It's so tasty I am yet to get bored of it! Who knew broccoli could be so good? It's also a great way to get your veggies.

RECIPE

3 bunches broccoli florets
1/2 cup of sliced red onion
1/2 cup of toasted almonds
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of crumbed feta cheese

dressing 
1/2 cup of plain yogurt 
1/4 cup of mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Voila!

Go make this now! Trust me, it's delicious.
